The DTX Studio Care program is designed to support you on your DTX Studio suite journey. It is an optional program that ensures continued access to the latest software releases, dedicated support, and efficiency-gaining DTX Studio Plus+ features.1

Different Care subscriptions are available and are adapted to your needs, whether you have a DTX Studio Clinic SELECT, DTX Studio Clinic PRO or DTX Studio Implant. See details in table below.

  1. Available to customers with a valid DTX Studio Care subscription. Valid for 12 months with the initial purchase. 
  2. Hardware components for unit, computers / network / server upgrades are not included. They are subject of hardware offerings from KaVo Imaging or distributors. Additional charges for technical onsite support may apply. In North America the DTX Studio Care program can be included in selected KaVo Imaging SLA programs. Refer to your SLA program. For more information please contact your distributor or provider.
  3. All subscriptions are extended until June 30, 2021. Renewal of subscription will be possible via DTX Studio Go starting from May 15th, 2021. 
  4. Subject to compatibility of third-party device. See compatibility overview here.
  5. If meeting computer specifications, and if devices + firmware are compatible with the software version installed in the clinic.
  6. DTX Studio Plus+ features are additional features bringing efficiency gains; charged individually.
  7. Practice limited to one physical address with DTX Studio software installations. Applicable for DTX Studio Clinic, DTX Studio Core and DTX Studio Implant.
